30 Day Returns

Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on all non-clearance items from the time of receiving your item so long as the item meets all our requirements (listed below). The Artemis Project holds no responsibility for change of mind or exchange on items which have been marked as clearance or damaged by the buyer.

Sale Items:

Sale items of 50% off or more are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We hope this never happens, but sometimes mistakes are unavoidable. If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact us at hello@theartemisproject.com.au with your order number. Include a brief description of the fault or issue, along with images of the faulty or incorrect item.

The team will assess your case and confirm next steps. Any items deemed faulty or incorrect can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged for an alternative item. If the team advises you to return a faulty or incorrect item, please keep a copy of your postage receipts for reimbursement.

Instigating a Return:

To instigate a return simply:

  1. Check your item meets our return criteria below

  2. Email hello@theartemisproject.com.au with your order number and ask for a return

  3. Wait for a reply confirming your eligibility and the return address

  4. Package up the items you’re wanting to return in their original wrapping and secure in a carton or satchel

  5. Visit your local Post Office and send your return package to the address provided using registered mail.

Once we have received your item (please allow up to 7 working days) we’ll inspect your items and if they meet our conditions we’ll process your refund and email you a confirmation.

The Artemis Project is not responsible for the cost of returning items due to change of mind. Shoppers may pay for shipping to have these items returned.

Conditions of Return:

  1. Returns must be instigated with 30 days of receiving the item

  2. All products are unworn, and both products and packaging are in original condition

  3. Items and packaging must not contain dirty marks, finger prints, makeup or fake tan

  4. Items must not smell of perfume

  5. Customers must cover the cost of return postage unless the items have been deemed faulty or incorrect by our team.

  6. We recommend using registered mail as The Artemis Project will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item you can do so by contacting us at hello@theartemisproject.com.au within 30 days of receipt.

If the team advises you are eligible for an exchange, please follow the conditions of return above.

The cost of returning the item and new shipping will not be covered by The Artemis Project.
